Maintenance Technician

FULL TIME

DellaValle Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing property Management company. Our goal is maintaining and improving Communities. We can achieve our vision with you, by delivering your maintenance expertise every day through a variety of skilled duties. 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:


  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Focus and attention to great customer service
  • Must have good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • Valid driver’s license

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • The job operates both indoors and outdoors in residential settings. This role routinely requires some physical labor with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time position at 40 hours per week.

Normal work schedule is Monday – Friday from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST plus an on-call rotation.


Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour


Experience:

Maintenance: 5 years (Required)


License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

Pool Maintenance

FULL TIME


No experience necessary. DMI will pay for you to obtain your Swimming pool Operating certification, Gas reimbursement provided. You will be properly trained and their are higher opportunities available.

  • Replenish proper chemical composition necessary to keep the water safe,Maintain pumps and other equipment to keep working order.
  • Assists in the opening and closing of pools at the beginning and end of the season
  • Work well unsupervised and under deadlines. Adhere to physical appearance policies, be punctual, and know our employee handbook and company policies to enact them daily.
  • Complete all paperwork, checklists, and documentation for each individual pool each and every day
  • Perform all duties with a focus on safety and the environment at all times, including an emphasis with new "Healthy at Work" Covid guidelines
  • Cleaning pools to customers satisfaction. Know each property well, the contacts of the properties, the layouts, and expectations of each client
  • Troubleshoot problems that arise, use good judgment, problem solving skills, and decision making while being practical, financially responsible, and always yielding to the customer's best interest
  • Communicate with supervisor to ensure customer needs are not only met, but exceeded. You are a direct reflection of the company and the frontline of customer service. To effectively do this portion of the job, you will need to have constant communication with various departments and other employees. Be accessible, honest, and proactive!


REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:


Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred))

Salary: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour


Schedule: 8 hour shift
